Poize is a young thirty year old Chef who studied under
great Chefs in Paris such as Alain Ducasse, Joël
Robuchon, Alain Senderens ….
His
cuisine, inspired by flavours and aromas from around
the world, associated with the finesse of taste without
disavowing traditional Provençale cuisine, will
astonish you with its originality and its combinations.
Our
business is to please you and be able to do so as often
as possible, we have chosen to offer authentic as well
as straightforward cuisine.
A
cuisine in perpetual motion, which follows the rhythm
of the seasons.
The
menu changes every month, and the menu board with suggestions
of the moment changes every day.
